Delivery

Shipping cost and time depend on your address and the size of the parcel. They are calculated and shown in the summary, before payment: this page explains what happens next.

Preparation and dispatch

The order goes into preparation as soon as payment is accepted. An order of several items ships in a single parcel where possible; if one item needs longer, we offer you the choice of waiting, a split shipment, or cancelling that line.

Charges and times

The exact shipping charge and the estimated time appear in the summary, before payment, once your address is entered. We do not announce a time before knowing the destination: an average shown for the whole of Europe would be wrong for most addresses. In any event, delivery takes place no later than thirty days after the order.

Tracking your parcel

You receive a tracking link when the parcel ships. The tracking shown stays deliberately simple: order confirmed, in preparation, shipped, delivered. Those four states are the ones that change anything for you; internal steps add nothing but extra worry.

Damaged, incomplete or missing parcel

Open the parcel in front of the courier if the packaging is deformed and note the reservation on the delivery slip. Photograph the packaging and contents before handling anything, then write to [email protected] with your order number: those photographs are usually enough to settle the matter without a return. The risk of loss or damage in transit is ours until the goods are handed to you.
