We process the minimum data needed to sell, ship and reply. Nothing is resold, nothing is passed to an advertiser, and nothing is used to profile you.
Who is the data controller
The data controller is the site's publisher, identified on the legal notice page. Any request about your data may be sent to [email protected]; we reply within one month, extendable by two months for a complex request, in which case we tell you.
What data, and what for
To fulfil an order: your email address, name, delivery address, possibly a telephone number required by the carrier, and the order details. To answer a message: what you write to us. Payment is handled by the payment provider, which receives the amount and the card data without our seeing them.
On what legal basis
Performance of the contract grounds the processing of order and delivery data. A legal obligation grounds the retention of accounting records. Our limited legitimate interest grounds fraud prevention and site security. No processing on this site rests on your consent, since we set neither advertising trackers nor audience-measurement tools.
Who receives this data
The carrier receives what is needed for delivery, the payment provider what is needed for collection, the host hosts. Each acts on instruction and for that purpose alone. No data is sold, rented or passed to an advertiser. No transfer takes place outside the European Union without appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
Order data is kept for the duration of the commercial relationship and the legal guarantee, then archived for as long as accounting and tax law requires. An email exchange with no order is deleted no later than one year after the last reply. The basket cookie expires by itself and does not outlive its session.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of or objection to its processing, and its portability in a machine-readable format. Write to [email protected]. If our answer does not suit you, you may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country of residence: this remedy is free and requires no prior step with us.

Fourteen days to change your mind
As a consumer in the European Union you have fourteen days after delivery to withdraw, without having to give a reason.
