Returns and withdrawal

A part that does not fit can be sent back. This page says how, by when, at what cost, and what cannot be taken back.

Fourteen days, no reason needed

The period runs from the day you, or a third party you designate, take physical possession of the last item in the order. It is enough to send your decision before those fourteen days expire; the return itself may follow afterwards. No reason is asked of you and no penalty applies.

How to tell us

Send [email protected] an unambiguous statement: your order number, the references concerned, and the fact that you are withdrawing. One sentence is enough, no form is imposed. We acknowledge receipt and give you the return address; do not ship anything before you have that address.

Sending the parcel back

Return the items within fourteen days of notifying us, in a condition allowing resale: part not fitted, unscratched, with its original packaging and accessories. Return postage is at your expense, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one. Keep the proof of dispatch: it is enough to trigger the refund.

Refund

We refund within fourteen days of receiving the return or the proof of its dispatch, whichever comes first. The refund covers the price of the items and the standard outbound delivery charge; a surcharge chosen for faster delivery is not refunded. It is made using the original means of payment, at no cost to you.

What cannot be taken back

The law excludes from the right of withdrawal goods made to your specification or clearly personalised, and sealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once unsealed. A part that has been fitted, drilled, painted or whose protective film has been removed is no longer resaleable and falls into those cases. A faulty item, by contrast, is covered by the legal guarantee and not by withdrawal: report it and we take it in hand.
