Where to write
One address for everything: [email protected]. It is read on working days and we answer within two working days. We use neither an auto-responder nor a premium-rate phone queue.
What to include
For a fitment question: the make, model and year of your motorcycle, plus the Vortek reference of the part if you have already found one. For an order: the order number. For a damaged parcel: photographs of the packaging and contents. Without the year, no fitment answer is reliable.
Why there is no form here
A form loses attachments, truncates long messages and leaves you no record of what you sent. An email leaves you a copy, accepts your photographs and stays in your sent folder for the day you need to prove the date of a withdrawal.

Fourteen days to change your mind
As a consumer in the European Union you have fourteen days after delivery to withdraw, without having to give a reason.
